The general conditions for using the service are set out in the following document, which forms an integral part of this agreement: Terms of Use

3. Service, Price and Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it collects payment, issues invoices, calculates taxes and handles refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Service:
Access to the MORATUS workspace, AI models, plan credits and plan features according to the plan selected by the Buyer (Lite, Plus, Max, or a Lite, Plus or Max seat plan under Team & Enterprise). Plan contents are as stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Price:
The monthly fee for the selected plan (for team plans, the per-seat fee multiplied by the number of seats). Taxes applicable in the Buyer's country are calculated by Paddle and the total is shown at checkout. There is no additional delivery or setup fee.
Payment:
The fee is charged in advance at the start of each period through Paddle by card or other payment methods offered by Paddle. Card details are not stored by MORATUS.
Renewal:
Unless cancelled by the Buyer, the subscription renews automatically every month for the same term at the price in effect on the renewal date; the renewal fee is charged to the saved payment method.
Invoice:
An invoice is issued by Paddle for each charge using the details declared by the Buyer and delivered electronically.

4. Performance of the Service

The service is provided electronically; there is no physical delivery. The plan is activated on the Buyer's account immediately once payment is confirmed. Using the service requires an up-to-date web browser or the MORATUS apps and an internet connection.

5. Term and Termination

  • The agreement is formed on the date payment is confirmed and remains in force in monthly periods until terminated by either party. There is no minimum commitment period.
  • The Buyer may terminate the agreement at any time from account settings, on paddle.net or by writing to support@moratus.ai. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • MORATUS may terminate the agreement if the Buyer seriously or repeatedly breaches the Terms of Use. The refund rules for these and other cases of termination are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

For every payment, the Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the payment date without giving a reason or paying any penalty, and request a full refund of the amount paid. Withdrawal and refund requests can be sent on paddle.net or to support@moratus.ai. For details, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • MORATUS shall provide the service within the scope of the plan and in line with the Terms of Use.
  • The Buyer confirms that the information given at purchase is accurate and up to date, and that the payment method used belongs to them or that they are authorized to use it.
  • The Buyer agrees to use the service in line with the Terms of Use and applicable law.
  • If payment is not made for any reason or is reversed by the bank, MORATUS's obligation to provide the service ends.

8. Personal Data

The Buyer's personal data is processed for the formation and performance of the agreement as described in the Privacy Policy and the notice below. Payment and invoice data is also subject to Paddle's privacy policy. See the KVKK Privacy Notice

9. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. If the Buyer is a consumer in Türkiye, they may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where they reside or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and for disputes above those limits to the Consumer Court after the mediation process required by law. Where the Buyer is not a consumer, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Gaziantep have jurisdiction. The rights of consumers residing outside Türkiye under the mandatory law of their country remain reserved.

10. Evidence and Entry into Force

The parties agree that, in a dispute, the electronic and system records of MORATUS and Paddle constitute evidence under Article 193 of Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. This agreement is formed when the Buyer confirms the purchase at checkout and is sent to the Buyer on request.

Your selected plan, price and billing details are shown at checkout; the order confirmation and invoice are sent to your email address.
