4. Eligibility, Accounts and Access

  • The Services are intended for users aged 18 and over and are not directed at anyone under 18.
  • The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided at registration is accurate and up to date.
  • The User is responsible for safeguarding account credentials, which may not be transferred or shared.
  • If unauthorised access is suspected, the User must inform the Company without delay.
  • For enterprise access, the Customer is responsible for the actions of the personnel granted access.

5. Acceptable Use

The User agrees not to:

  • Use the Services in breach of applicable law, third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.) or ethical principles,
  • Generate or share content involving violence, hate, discrimination, harm to children or the encouragement of illegal activity,
  • Attempt unauthorised access, exploit security vulnerabilities, reverse engineer or analyse source code,

  • Use bots or scrapers to disrupt the Services, or engage in DDoS, spam or malware distribution,
  • Share personal data in breach of data protection law, or transfer third-party confidential information without authorisation,
  • Create deepfakes, face swaps or other realistic images, video or audio depicting a real person, or imitate a real person's voice, without that person's explicit consent,
  • Generate sexually explicit or pornographic content, or any sexual content involving minors,
  • Impersonate any person or organisation, or use the Services for fraud, phishing or deception,
  • Make automated decisions about people with legal or similarly significant effects (such as credit, employment, housing or insurance),

  • Present AI outputs in a misleading way that suggests they were produced by a human.

Content that breaks these rules may be removed, and violations may lead to suspension or termination of the account under the Suspension and Termination section.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

The Services are subject to plan-based usage limits and a fair use principle. Limits exist to protect service quality, infrastructure stability and availability for all users.

  • Current limits are stated on the relevant plan page and in the product interface.
  • If unusually heavy or automated usage is detected, the Company may apply rate limiting or temporarily restrict usage.
  • The User is notified if limits are exceeded; sustained overuse may require a plan upgrade.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Rights in the design, software code, brand elements, documentation, models, systems and interface components of the Services belong to the Company or its licensors. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or used to create derivative works without the Company's written permission.

Ownership of the data, documents, files, prompts and other inputs the User/Customer provides to the Services remains with the User/Customer. Subject to applicable law, third-party rights and separate customer agreements, rights in the Outputs generated for the User/Customer belong to the User/Customer.

The User/Customer grants the Company a non-exclusive licence, to the extent necessary, to provide, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Services. This licence ends when the relevant contractual relationship ends, subject to statutory retention obligations.

8. User Content, File Uploads and Feedback

  • The User is personally responsible for the lawfulness of the content they upload or provide and confirms that they have obtained the necessary permissions.
  • The User may enter other people's personal data or special category personal data only if they have the legal basis required to process it and to have it transferred to model providers abroad.
  • The Company may delete harmful or unlawful content, or restrict access to it, without prior notice.

9. Privacy, Data Protection and Cookies

For details on how personal data is processed, see: Privacy Policy

Cookies and similar technologies may be used within the Services; you can manage your preferences from the cookie panel. For details, see: Cookie Policy

Where the Company acts as a data processor for a Customer, the parties may additionally enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

10. AI Models and Outputs

  • The Services run on third-party AI models that MORATUS does not own. Depending on the model you select and dynamic routing, your prompts are sent to one to three model providers and, in exceptional cases, to a fallback routing service, and may be processed outside Türkiye.
  • To maintain service quality and continuity, the available models, providers and routing logic may change.
  • AI features are for informational purposes; because of technical limitations, outputs may contain errors or omissions.
  • AI-generated content is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice; the User is responsible for their own decisions and risks.
  • Outputs must be reviewed by a human for critical use cases.
  • Similar outputs may be generated for similar prompts from different users; the originality of Outputs is not guaranteed.

For details on how data is sent to model providers and where it is processed, see the: Privacy Policy

11. Connectors, Agent Actions and Authorisation

The Services include agentic features that can carry out tasks on your behalf. When you authorise a connector or assign a task to an agent, you are responsible for the consequences of the actions taken within the permission you granted.

  • The User is responsible for setting and reviewing the scope of permissions granted to connected services; permissions can be revoked at any time.
  • For irreversible or outward-facing actions, we recommend using the confirmation steps provided in the product.
  • The connected service's own terms and limits apply in addition; compliance with them rests with the User.
  • Scheduled tasks and automations run with your account's permissions and are treated as performed on behalf of your account.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may integrate with third-party providers for hosting, model inference, communication, payments and analytics. Those providers' terms and policies apply separately. The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services.

13. Trial, Beta and Preview Features

The Company may from time to time offer trials and features marked as beta or preview. These features are under development, fall outside the scope of any warranty, and may be changed or removed without prior notice. Using them in production environments is at the User's own risk.

14. Pricing, Subscriptions and Credits

Some of the Services are free. Paid personal plans (Lite, Plus, Max) and Team & Enterprise plans (Lite, Plus and Max per seat) are offered as monthly subscriptions; custom enterprise services are set by quote or contract. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it collects payment, issues invoices, calculates taxes and handles refunds. For current prices, plan contents and credit amounts, see: Pricing

Payment and renewal:
The subscription fee is charged in advance at the start of each period. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price in effect on the renewal date.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, from Paddle's subscription management page (paddle.net) or by writing to support@moratus.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep your plan's features until then.
Credits:
Credits are deducted according to actual model usage and renew each membership period. Unused credits do not roll over, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Refunds:
For every payment, you can request a refund without giving a reason within 14 days of the payment date. After that period, partially used periods are not refunded; payments are refunded for duplicate charges, where the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the Company, and in other cases required by law. Consumers' statutory rights remain reserved.
Taxes:
Taxes applicable to prices are calculated by Paddle based on your country and shown at checkout. For enterprise quotes, taxes are excluded unless stated otherwise.
Price changes:
Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in-product notice and take effect from the next renewal period. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before the renewal date.
Late payment:
Access may be suspended for subscriptions whose payment cannot be collected. For enterprise Customers, statutory default interest and collection costs may be claimed on late payments.
Payment processing:
Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Card and payment details are processed by Paddle; the Company does not store them.

Notices to the User are sent to the email address registered on the account or delivered as in-product announcements.

24. Changes

The Company may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top is revised accordingly.

Material changes that affect your rights or your paid plan to your detriment are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in-product notice; for paid plans, such changes apply from the next renewal period. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel your subscription or close your account before it takes effect.
