Reference
Message, attachment, context, generation, scheduled task, Desktop, and guest mode limits, and what happens when you reach one.
Limits are set so the platform runs safely and fairly, and they may be updated over time. Values are valid as of October 2026. Limits that change by plan are shown separately; all others are the same on every plan.

- File and image uploads, advanced models, and creative tools are off.
- Guest mode is available only on the web (see Guest mode).
If you reach a limit
| Limit | What happens | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Message length | Text over 8,000 characters is turned into a .txt attachment automatically. | Nothing; it's handled for you. |
| Concurrent replies | On Desktop, more than 2 simultaneous requests return a CONCURRENCY_LIMIT error. | Wait for the other chat to finish. |
| Context window | If a conversation exceeds your plan's context limit, no reply is generated and PLAN_CONTEXT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED appears. | Start a new chat, use project notes, or upgrade your plan (see Context window). |
| Audio or video length | If a file is longer than your plan allows, TRANSCRIPTION_TOO_LONG or VIDEO_ANALYSIS_TOO_LONG appears. | Shorten the file or upgrade your plan. |
| Daily transcription | When the daily time is used up, TRANSCRIPTION_DAILY_LIMIT appears. | Try again the next day. |
| Scheduled tasks | You can have up to 2 tasks at the same time; a run longer than 5 minutes counts as failed. | Delete a task you don't use; ask for a shorter, clearer result in the instruction. |
| Credits | When credits run out, an INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS error is returned. | Wait for your credits to renew or upgrade your plan. |
| Guest limit | GUEST_RATE_LIMITED or GUEST_DAILY_BUDGET_EXHAUSTED appears. | Create a free account or try again later. |
Fair use
If unusually heavy or automated usage is detected, rate limits may be applied or usage may be restricted temporarily; if limits are exceeded continuously, a plan upgrade may be required (see the Terms of Use).
