Team plan

The Team plan lets several people use MORATUS on one subscription and one invoice. Each seat belongs to one member and sets that member's plan: in the same team you can give a Lite seat to someone who does short everyday tasks, a Plus seat to someone who uses the Expert model and creative generation, and a Max seat to a heavy user. That way every member gets the capacity their work needs, without buying the top plan for everyone.

Seat types

SeatMonthly per seatMember's monthly creditsWho it's for
Lite$53,150Q&A and short everyday tasks; 60 Fast messages a day that don't use credits.
Plus$2014,200Members who need the Expert model, longer context, and image, video, and slide generation.
Max$4028,900Heavy use, maximum context, and more creative generation.

Every feature of the chosen plan applies to each seat: a Plus seat has the same model access, context window, and limits as the individual Plus plan (see Access by plan).

Choosing and buying seats

  1. On the Pricing page, open the Team & Enterprise tab.
  2. Use the + and − buttons on the Lite, Plus, and Max rows to choose how many seats of each type you want. The monthly total and the total seat count update with every change.
  3. Once you reach at least 3 seats in total, the Get Business Plan button becomes available.
  4. At checkout, the seat count and the total including taxes are shown again; the purchase isn't completed without your confirmation.

How the price is calculated

The monthly price is the sum of each seat type's price multiplied by the number of seats of that type. Taxes are added to this amount at checkout.

TeamSeatsMonthly total
Small team3 Lite3 × $5 = $15
Mixed team2 Lite + 3 Plus + 1 Max$10 + $60 + $40 = $110

How credits work in a team

  • Each member uses the monthly credits of their own seat. Credits aren't pooled across the team and can't be moved between members.
  • When a member runs out of credits, only that member is affected; everyone else keeps working with their own balance.
  • Credits renew every membership period; unused credits don't carry over.
  • Each member sees their remaining credits in the account menu and their detailed usage in Settings > Account > Usage.

Managing members and seats

  • Members are added and removed in one place; all seats are combined on a single invoice.
  • You can add seats as your team grows.
  • Reducing the number of seats takes effect from the next billing period; the current seats stay in use until then.
  • The Team plan also renews as a monthly subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (see Managing your membership).

Accounts, data, and responsibility

  • Each seat belongs to one person. Members sign in with their own MORATUS accounts; account credentials are personal and can't be shared or transferred.
  • Connector connections belong to the account: another member can't use the Gmail, Notion, or Drive account a member has connected (see Connectors).
  • For work accounts, access granted to a connected app can also be revoked by that app's administrator.
  • Content is kept until the member or the workspace administrator deletes it (see the Privacy Policy).
  • For business use, the organization that buys the plan is responsible for the actions of the people it gives access to (see the Terms of Use).
