Plans, Credits, and Billing
Credits are the unit of usage in MORATUS. For chat, analysis, and coding, the credits spent are based on the input and output tokens the model actually processes. Operations such as image, video, and music generation and audio and video analysis have a fixed price.
- For fixed-price operations, the credits to be spent are shown beforehand and reserved before the operation starts. If they can't be reserved,
CREDIT_RESERVATION_FAILEDappears; try again. - On Lite, Plus, and Max, the first 60 Fast messages each day don't use credits.
- Credits renew every membership period. Unused monthly credits don't carry over to the next period.
- Usage is tracked in Settings > Account > Usage with daily, weekly, and cumulative token usage.
Credits by operation
| Operation | How it's charged |
|---|---|
| Chat, analysis, coding | Actual input and output token usage |
| Image generation | 20 (Gemini), 30 (ChatGPT) |
| Video generation | 150 per second |
| Music generation | 30 (full song), 10 (clip) |
| Audio analysis | 1 per minute |
| Video analysis | 1 per 30 seconds |
| Slides, podcasts, Deep Research | Based on actual usage |
For example, a 6-second video uses 900 credits, and analyzing a 5-minute audio recording uses 5 credits.
What increases token usage?
- Chat history: To keep replies consistent, the chat history they need is sent to the model with every new message. The further a chat goes, the more credits each message uses.
- Attachments: The content of the files you attach counts as input tokens.
- Memory and connectors: When memory is on, relevant records are added to the input, as is content fetched from connectors or web search for the task.
- Model and reasoning: The Expert model and more reasoning can use more tokens for the same question (see Reasoning levels).
To use credits efficiently, start a new chat when the topic changes, keep decisions in project notes for long-running work, and use the Fast model for short questions.
When you run out of credits
- A notification is sent when your remaining credits for this period drop to 20% (see Notifications).
- When credits run out, an
INSUFFICIENT_CREDITSerror is returned. - You can wait for your credits to renew in the new period or upgrade your plan.
- On a Team plan, only the member who ran out of credits is affected.
