Connectors and Integrations
Connectors connect through the app's own sign-in screen (OAuth): you never type your password into MORATUS, and you grant permission directly to the app's provider.
Connecting an app
- Open Connectors from the sidebar.
- Choose the app you want to connect and click Connect.
- Sign in with your account for that app in the window that opens, then review and approve the requested permissions.
- The window closes on its own and the app shows as connected on the Connectors page.
Using it in a chat
- In a chat, choose a connected app with Add > Open connectors; the connector appears as a chip in the composer.
- You can also type
/in the composer followed by the app's name (for example/gmail,/github). - Connectors you add to a project are used in every chat in that project (see Project components).
- Saying which app to look in (for example “find the launch plan in Drive”) helps MORATUS go to the right source.
If the connection fails
- The window does not open: your browser may be blocking pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for MORATUS and try again.
- You closed the window without approving: the connection is not made. Click Connect again to start over.
- You declined a permission: the connector cannot do the jobs that need it. Disconnect and connect again to grant it.
- You use a work account: your administrator may have restricted third-party app access. Contact your administrator for access.
