MORATUS Desktop
When a response ends with an error, a ref code appears at the end of the message. Example: AGENT_REQUEST_FAILED · ref 47528a0a. In a support request, sharing this ref is all you need. The same record is also in the %APPDATA%\Moratus\logs\agent-errors.log file on your computer.
I was updating the report; the run couldn't finish while saving the table changes.
AGENT_REQUEST_FAILED · ref 47528a0a
%APPDATA%\Moratus\logs\agent-errors.log
The error details recorded under the same ref are here too.

Contacting support
- Share the ref code at the end of the message (for example

%APPDATA%\Moratus\logs\agent-errors.logfile on your computer. - A short note on when the error happened and in which job helps find the problem faster.
Frequently asked questions

- What is the ref code for? It lets support find the error's record; the same record is also in the error log on your computer. Sharing only this code in a support request is enough.
- Do I lose credits when I get an error? Reserved credits are settled against actual usage; if nothing was used, they're refunded (see Credits).
